Monster Mash Push-Pull Competition with Sawyer

Get ready for the Monster Mash Push Pull, a spooktacular strength competition this October!

Come in costume, test your limits, and cheer on your fellow lifters! Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or lifting for the first time, everyone is welcome as long as you can bench and deadlift at least 45lbs.
This friendly competition includes both Bench Press and Deadlift. You’ll get three attempts to lift your best single rep in each. Your top successful lifts will be combined and calculated along with your bodyweight to determine the overall winners.
Prefer to focus on just one lift? No problem! You can choose to compete in either Bench Press or Deadlift—but keep in mind, single-lift competitors won’t be eligible for the overall prize.

So come for the gains, stay for the costumes, and let's make it a Monster Mash to remember!
