This Spring, Delapré Abbey welcomes back Quantum Theatre to host Shakespeare’s darkest play, Macbeth.

Fresh from victory on the battlefield, Macbeth encounters three mysterious witches whose chilling prophecies ignites an unstoppable hunger for power. As ambition turns to obsession, loyalty fractures and blood is spilled, Scotland descends into darkness.

Directed by Michael Whitmore, this gripping new production blends haunting imagery, dynamic storyline, and Shakespeare’s timeless language to explore the cast of unchecked desire.
