LeFever is the duo of western Massachusetts songwriters Dawn Lepere and Jeff Starns. Dawn is a vocalist, guitarist and spoon-player hailing from Ohio. Jeff is a vocalist and guitarist born and raised in Louisiana. Together they are two time Blues Foundation challenge winners and 2024 International Blues Challenge semifinalists. They have merged their songwriting styles to create a sound that ranges from traditional blues to alt-blues and indie-rock. For their Parlor Room appearance, LeFever is honored to be joined by the following artists:
Tommy Diehl, originally from NE Ohio, has been drumming his whole life. He spent many years touring the country and recording with numerous bands.
Based out of Berkshire County, MA, multi-instrumentalist/ composer Diego Mongue has been gaining traction in the American Roots scene both leading and supporting bands. Diego got his start as the musical "Swiss army knife" for the internationally recognized blues band, Misty Blues, in 2012 and continues to perform with them as their bassist. His most recent project, Diego Mongue Band, were semifinalists in the 2024 IBC competition in Memphis, TN. He has just finished a degree in music from Williams College and now composes and performs full time in the Northeast region.
Trevor Collins is a singer-songwriter and guitarist known for blending a diverse range of influences into a distinctive sound known as "groove rock". Drawing inspiration from blues, rock, country, and soul, his music strikes a balance between rhythmic intensity and soulful melodies, with an undeniable groove that gets under your skin. Trevor has developed a reputation for his guitar playing and electrifying live performances. He was nominated for Blues Artist of the Year at the 2025 Capital Region Thomas Edison Music Awards.
