De-stress, unwind and experience the deepest levels of relaxation as you lay back and let the sounds and vibrations 'wash' over you.

Grab your yoga mat, eye masks, blankets and pillows and join me as I take you on a journey through sound. The session will consist of guided meditation and sound healing using beautiful gongs, singing bowls and an array of percussion instruments �
