Come along and enjoy Salcey Forest while we feed you and look after you along the way! Run as many 5k laps as you want in the 6 hour cut off.

It's a great format to break down big goals, be that your first half marathon or your 50th ultra marathon! We're hear for everyone. You can even bring your dog to this one!
