Our Walled Garden becomes host to a variety of birds of prey, ready for families to come and learn all about them!

Join us and the skilful falconers at Bird on the Hand in the scenic surroundings of Delapré Abbey for a thrilling showcase of falconry, including some of the most incredible birds of prey in two exhilarating shows across the event. Learn all about how these birds navigate their natural habitats with their individual sets of skills: how they fly, hunt, and earn their status as some of the biggest personalities in the sky.

Afterwards, pop down and say hello to the birds in the static displays, or explore our falconry trail throughout the house!

*Please note that dogs are not permitted in the Walled Garden during this event.
