We are seeking more stallholders for this market. Traders must grow, rear or produce what they sell and we will offer pitches to those applicants who are able to bring something new to the market.

We currently have stalls selling cupcakes, juices, savoury bakes, scotch eggs, jams, honey, cheese, sausages, eggs, pork, chicken, South African favourites, pies and sausage rolls, bread and bakes.
Traders who join us regularly at Thirsk include:

• Eye Spy Pie - Award winning pies
• Happy Paws Bakery - Gluten-free, organic dog treats.
• Lacey's Cheese - Traditional handmade cheese based from Reeth
• Oh, Grow Up - Premium Chilli Hot Sauce
• Pure Nougat - Delectable homemade nougat
• Safari Shack - Finest South African favourites
•  Smörgås Tårtar - Homemade Swedish Goodies
• The Clucking Pig Company - Award-winning gourmet scotch eggs
• Two Dales Bakery - Hand-crafted bread, sweet and savoury pastries.
• Walbut Farm - Traditionally farmed meats
• Worsdale Farmhouse Baking - Biscuits, flapjack and cakes baked in a traditional farmhouse.
• Wreford's Farm - High-quality free-range pork
• Yorkshire Orchards - Homegrown fresh fruit juices
