Join us at the Helen Bell Equestrian for an engaging afternoon dedicated to Building Confidence and Goal Setting. 

This event will run alongside RoR Step into Eventing Session, members who have booked onto the ridden session can attend ths session at the discounted price of £5.00. There is the option for a day stable, please contact Helen on 07432267331 to arrange.  This event is open to members and non-members, so bring a friend even if they are not an RoR member. 

This is a great opportunity to meet fellow RoR members and be part of our supportive community, regardless of where you are in your journey with your former racehorse.

Refreshments provided and included in the price. 

While people sometimes worry about the potential for increased health problems in a former racehorse, Agria’s lifetime equine policy —the only UK horse insurance which does not add new exclusions to your vet fee cover once you make a claim — will protect your partnership. Nor does the level of veterinary cover diminish as your horse grows old. 

Any Agria insurance policy purchased through RoR’s affiliate links will result in a small percentage being received by RoR. This applies to insurance policy purchased including horse, dog, cat and rabbit. 

Start and finish time will be dependant on Eventing Clinic and dependent on numbers - if you are limited with your time, please make a note when booking, and we will do our best to accomodate this. 

Helens Bio:

Helen started-riding at 10 years old and after convincing parents to buy her a pony she joined the Pony Club. Subsequently representing the Bramham Moor PC in all disciplines. 

She rode as an amateur jockey on the flat as well as riding in point-to-points while she was competing on the junior event circuit. Finally eventing took over when she was 18 and she went on from there.

I always really enjoyed the learning process when I was competing, training the horses and working on myself in and out of the saddle. Coaching was a natural progression as I started helping younger riders in the 1990’s. I was always very interested in how to be the best version of myself in competition and took up hypnotherapy which really helped me to compete under pressure. As a British Eventing Coach I have trained with Charlie Unwin in the Centre10 program since 2018 and I am now an Advanced Centre10 Coach.

Cost: Members booked onto Step into Eventing Clinic £5, Members: £10 and Non-members: £15
Open to: Members and non-members and this session is not discipline specific, so if you are a dressage rider, hacker, show jumper, eventer, or just want to ride your horse with more confidence this session will be tailored for you. 
Booking: Early booking advised to enable us to plan the day.
