Cats & Sound A Crystal Singing Bowl Event Inside Cat Zen Cafe & Lounge

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a tranquil oasis of sound and feline companionship. Join us at Cat Zen Cafe and Lounge for a rejuvenating, lighthearted sound bath healing session led by Jennifer Hawkins of Crystal Bath Company amidst the playful purrs and gentle presence of our feline friends.

This crystal singing bowl sound session will begin with a few minutes of connection before we settle in and drift off into a relaxing sound session. Composed of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, antique bells, chimes, flower of life wind gong and rain stick. Class will end with 15 minutes of feline play.

These instruments work as the notes and tones pass through the physical and energetic bodies, tapping into the subconscious mind restoring you back to the frequency of love and authenticity. While providing deep nourishment to the nervous system.

This event is for ages 7 and up. Children must be able to sit or lay quietly for one hour.

Things to bring: yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow, zero gravity chairs are also welcomed. Anything you'll need to sit/lay comfortably on the floor for 75 minutes.

$30 to attend.
