Introduction to Solid Foods, Messy Foods, Weaning Workshop 1

These sessions will be led by practitioners from your local Health Visiting teams. If you are getting ready for weaning or are in the early stages of giving your baby solid food, you’ll find information to support your baby’s journey.

- Where do you begin with weaning?

- How do I keep my baby safe and healthy while weaning?
