I've been here 3x before and can't wait to go back! \But you DO need a valid passport!\ and make sure it's not expired and it's MLK weekend! many people will be off on Monday the 19th to save a vacation day The general plan is:leave Friday morning 7am, arriving around 7pm - yes, it's a long bus rideWe have a hotel right in the heart of downtown Quebec City near all the bars, restaurants and night life - it's very walkable and safe SIGHTSEEING: it's up to you to decide what you want to do, there will be a group trip Sunday evening to an Ice Hotel And a group trip to Domaine Enchanteur on Saturday (read more here: https://www.domaineenchanteur.com/en/index.htm) followed by a group dinner (this is optional) SKIING: optional, see below Tuesday we leave around 8am and get home around 8pm Bus pickup location:BEHIND the LA FITNESS in Montgomeryville - 120 Garden Golf Blvd, Montgomeryvilleloads up at 6:30am, departs with or without you at 7amNo, you cannot just get yourself there and pay for a room - to join us its bus or bust. It's in a great location near bars, restaurants and night clubs, has 2 hot tubs, large indoor pool with waterfall, and the rooms were clean and spacious The Motorcoach:Has a restroom to use during the drive, comfortable seats and we can watch movies - it's a LONG drive so be preparedDrinks and food are allowed on the bus (but we have to keep it clean, if there's a mess above and beyond normal, cleaning fees start at $350 - and guess who pays that...not(http://that...not/) me...whoever made the mess)Yes, alcohol is allowed! drink up!The bus will have 56 seats but I'm limiting this trip to 44 people so we'll have extra space...guaranteed this time (for those that went last time) Group Dinner Monday Night (optional, extra cost) - at Cafe Du Monde (same as last year for those that were there) - price is $50 USD and includes appetizer, main course and dessert and non-alcoholic drinks.
