This is a sacred workshop designed to help you remember how to nurture and tend to your inner world. Through guided meditation and sound, you will learn to create energetic anchors and beacons within your inner landscape that stretch across all of space and time, touching the realms we perceive as past, present, and future, as well as parallel incarnations and dreamlike dimensions of the soul.
We will begin with a 30-minute discussion on soul ecology—the art of breathing life into your inner world so that it naturally ripples into your outer world. Together we will explore how the channels of reality remain fluid and interconnected. While we do not seek to rewrite the outcomes of other timelines, we can send loving ripples through the shared stream of consciousness, offering gentle healing and gifts to all expressions of the soul.
Your inner world is your sanctuary. As you pour more love and energy into this sacred space, you will begin to feel it respond to you, forming a living dialogue between your consciousness and the deeper essence of your being.
This experience is also a remembrance that you are the meta-writer—the creator of your own soul story. From this awareness, you begin to see that soul nourishment can extend across time, feeding every version of yourself that has ever been or will ever be.
After our discussion, you will rest on a vibroacoustic sound bed or lounger and be guided through a nidra-style meditative journey using open-ended prompts that invite you to create and strengthen energetic beacons within your inner landscape. These markers do not fade; they become more vibrant with every conscious breath you take. Throughout this time, I will hold space with sound healing instruments, allowing the resonance to gently carry you into a deep, trance-like relaxation where your inner world can blossom.
You may drift between waking and dreaming states—allow that to unfold naturally.
The guided sound meditation will last approximately one hour, followed by a gentle return to your outer awareness.
