You will learn how to mix the dough using a few simple ingredients to create the pasta sheets. After mixing up the ricotta filling, you will fill, seal and hand stamp ravioli and cut macaroni if you choose. Once you are confident in making the ravioli, we move to the tortellini. When the process is all set and done we will send you off with your fresh pasta and directions how to cook them at home! Vince's homemade red sauce and vodka sauce will go home with you as well! Guests make one batch, are shown process for 3 different applicationsClass price is per person. Students signed up in person contact Donna at donna@vincesgourmet.com to request a refund. There are no credits or refunds for less than 14 days notice. We encourage you to send someone in your place should you be unable to attend class. If you sign up for a class and do not show up for any reason the entire class fee is non-refundable, and no future credit will be given.
