Then, you will hand mix the gnocchi dough using autumn seasonings and a high quality ricotta. To teach you how to form the dough into gnocchi, we will be using a traditional gnocchi board.  You'll want to make this again frequently this season!!Make sure to arrive early to do some shopping as you will receive a 10% discount on your purchases. Class price is per person. We do not provide wine with classes unless it is part of a recipe, but we do encourage you to bring your own.Price is per person Eventbrite fees or handling fees are non-refundable.
