- **Event Description**: Join me bright and early on Cullercoats beach to welcome the sunrise on the longest day of the year. This special beach yoga class is suitable for everyone, including beginners. It's also completely free, although I will be collecting (cash) donations for Cullercoats RNLI. No need to book - just come along.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

I will plan a gentle session which will be suitable for most people, but please don't participate if you have any concerns at all. You are still welcome to come along and soak up the solstice vibes. Everyone who participates does so at their own risk.

Bring a mat or beach towel to practice on.

Time: We will start at 4am and finish about 4.30am. Sunrise is officially 4.24am

Weather: I'll cancel if it's actively raining, but will go ahead in any other weather - dress accordingly!

Location: we'll meet on the far/south side of Cullercoats beach.
NB. this is NOT the side near the cafes/Watch House/RNLI - it is the other side. What3Words ///film.margin.palace

PARKING MAY BE DIFFICULT! If you are driving please park sensibly with consideration for others, especially local residents and emergency services. No cars are allowed on the beach ramps. The big car park on Beaconsfield is about 5min walk. The toilets will NOT be open at this time of the morning.

Donations: the session is totally free but if you'd like to make a donation to Cullercoats RNLI to support their fantastic work keeping us all safe by the sea then please bring some cash. Suggested donation £5 cash.
