Booking Details
* Tickets: Children's tickets are £20 per child and must be purchased online. Adults pay £2.50 per person on the day.
* Children Under 1: Little ones under age 1 do not need a ticket if they are with a paying child.
* Groups: Book your tickets together to ensure your whole family or group (up to 10 people) can go in at the same time.
* Important: All bookings are non-refundable, so please choose your date and time carefully.
* Santa Visit Schedule (Must Read): 4 families/groups are scheduled every half hour to see Santa. Your exact visit time will depend on your arrival and the order within your time slot. Each family gets a private magical memorable moment with Santa, and light entertainment will be available in the café while you wait.�
* Arrival Time (Must Read): Please arrive in advance of your half-hour time slot’s start time. We cannot guarantee entry if you are late, as this helps keep the event running smoothly for everyone.
