Every class has a fresh playlist spanning all tempos and styles — from slow, soulful grooves to high-energy beats. Expect funky, jazzy, tribal, pop, rock, disco, and even 90s rave vibes — something for everyone to find their groove. We’ll start with some centering, stretching, and warming up, then into simple moves for each song—just 1-3 moves that you dance your way.
We’ll end with a calming stillness on the sand (bring a mat or towel) as you relax, breathe, and soak in the bliss.
