- **Event Description**: Our festival is back again in July, once again at the Linskill Centre in North Shields, which has proven to be a great venue in past years. 

Our headline teacher this year is Rajesh David, who specialises in Nada Yoga and in the use of sound to enhance yoga and life. 
We will be following our usual programme of encouraging local teachers to teach for us on the day and so provide a varied programme for all to enjoy. 

The day will be fully catered, with both refreshments throughout the day and lunch being provided. 

There will also be a marketplace and mindfulness activities taking place through the day and we will have a raffle and second hand book sale also to raise money for charity. 

Of course, there will be lots of time to meander and chat as well.
