In a moment of anger or hurt, it can be a radical step to use the tools of yoga to create a pause before responding, so that your wisest self shines through.Content: You will learn 3 self care acupressure points to promote your inner peace while attending yin yoga classes taught by KC Chapman. Melissa Domingo will guide you in a relaxing yoga nidra session and Daniel will teach a qigong class for healthy living. Kerry Cataline will lead you in a Sound healing session with her bowls and gong.
