• The recreational bike rides are 8–11 miles and the routes incorporate trail and on-road.
• The wellness hikes are 1-2 miles within the loop trails of the park and led by our staff.
• Individuals, groups, and families are welcome.

💧Bring your water bottle, and if riding a bike, please wear a safety helmet during the ride.
