Angela's spiritual path began over 20 years ago with studies in QiGong, Psychosomatic Healing, Breathwork, Mandala Art Therapy and Creative Coaching, offering decades of experience in teaching both children and adults. _______________________________ PREPARATION FOR CLASS _______________________________ WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, 1-2 blankets and a small pillow just in case for your neck or knees support. WHAT TO WEAR: It is better to wear loose clothes. If you are coming to a live class immediately after work, you may bring the proper clothing and change when you arrive. PLEASE DO NOT COME ON A HUNGRY BELLY. Eat an hour before class or have a small snack that you would not think about food during breathing. The class is 2 hour-long.
