JR Tech Night

McNew's Unlimited will be hosting our first annual JR Tech Night. This is a free and fun hands on learning event for grades K-8. Our staff will have 5 stations set up where your child will experience what it is like to be a service technician by exploring the different components of a golf car/vehicle and learning to use the different tools and equipment it takes to work on engines, electrical, and drivetrains. This is to engage children and introduce them to the automotive service industry in a fun, safe, and supervised environment. A meal will be provided along with give aways. Limited spots available. Must register using the jot form link by February 11th 2026.

Disclaimer: Floor jacks, jack stands, cordless power tools, and basic hand tools will be used. Children may use tools during this event with permission from parent/guardian with a signed waiver and will only be used under strict supervision of our staff. Safety glasses will be provided. Children must wear closed toed shoes. No sandals, flip-flops, crocs, etc. Children also must wear full length bottoms. No shorts.
