1st UUPB Speaker Series: The Dads — Screening & Community Discussion

Join us Thursday, November 20th in Minister’s Hall or via Zoom for a heartfelt screening and conversation.

The Dads follows five fathers of transgender children as they join Dennis Shepard—father of Matthew Shepard—on a weekend fishing trip in rural Oklahoma. Through quiet moments and shared stories, they discover common ground across race, geography, and generations, all rooted in unconditional love for their children.

After the screening, stay for a discussion about fatherhood, allyship, and supporting trans youth in our communities.
