He is a Co-Director of South Jersey Ghost Research and Sanctuary Paranormal and has been with them for 24 years.  These teams are resolution based which means they don't just investigate a location, they also do whatever they can to help the people feel safe again.  He is a demonologist and is also a member of the clergy. He deals primarily with negative and dangerous hauntings because he was a victim and he understands first hand how bad things ca get and how isolating it can be. Dave uses many methods of resolving negative cases including performing deliverances and exorcisms. He has had the privilege of learning from and working with some of the top people in this field.  His book, Armor of God, which is a multi-faith book of protection, deliverance and exorcism prayers is used by people across the world dealing with the darker side of the paranormal
