All skill levels welcome!? Sunday, July 19 at 9:30 a.m. (event will end at approx. 12 p.m.)? Rocky River Nature Center (hike will begin and end here)This event is donation based, pay what you can. Suggested donation is $15. What to expect:Nature journaling. Bring a journal and writing utensil.Moderate hiking. We will keep a good pace and our route will include inclines (including a stair climb). Our total mileage will cover approximately 2-2.5 miles. Yoga will be beginner friendly, and will include both movement and guided mediation. Because we’ll be on the move, no need to bring a mat.More details:Activity Level: Mild-to-moderate hiking covering about 2-2.5 miles with frequent stops; trails will be unpaved and not ADA accessible. Participants will be invited to sit on logs or the ground during journaling activities. Note: This trail includes a large wooden staircase with 155-steps; don’t worry—we will take our time!Ages: 10 and up (minors must be accompanied by an adult)Capacity: 15 participantsAdverse Weather: In the case of adverse weather, the event will be rescheduled for Sunday 7/26 at the same time; please look for email communication in these instances.
