- **Event Description**: Join Kimberly for a Pilates weekend retreat at the beautiful Totally Beaching beach house in Cherry Grove Beach. Individual and shared rooms are available. ? 

The retreat will begin Friday afternoon with a 45-minute mat slow flow, followed by a welcome prosecco toast, and a sit-down freshly prepared three-course dinner in the style of our previous Pilates pairing dinners at The Brentwood.

On Saturday, a light continental breakfast for early risers with coffee, tea, and juice will be available downstairs. We will meet mid-morning for a group beach walk. After we return to the house we will meet for special Pilates mat class in the style of the original Pilates mat or contrology series of exercises. Modifications will be provided as always. This class will last about 60 minutes. 

After class we will have a light brunch and juice and mimosa bar with special guest Jennah Ramsey from It is Well Health & Wellness. She will be offering complimentary b-12 shots and other goodies. We will also have Green Compass samples, including CBD jellies.

On Saturday afternoon, we will also have local artist Mary Zlotnick joining us for a Paint & Sip silk painting class. ? Mary is a renowned silk and batik artist and the only batik painter in the region. She frequently exhibits at festivals around North and South Carolina. ?️ 

Saturday night will be sushi night with an onsite sushi roller!

Sunday morning, for anyone interested we will meet for another beach walk followed by a farewell flow and light sendoff brunch.
