Community Saturday offers a full day of wellness: free fitness classes, partner wellness exhibits, Lunch&Learn seminar, yoga, youth classes, and raffles. This is the perfect day to ADAPT to wellness and RECHARGE your energy!
Join our raffle to win great prizes and support the youth programs at our gym! All proceeds go directly to funding equipment, scholarships, and activities for our kids.
