Embark on a serene journey with our New Moon Meditation Kayak Tour, timed with the quietest and darkest night of the lunar cycle. Guided by our experienced Tour Guides, you’ll paddle through tranquil mangrove tunnels and into the open waters of the Intracoastal Waterway, where the absence of moonlight reveals a breathtaking view of the city skyline glowing in the distance.
Your journey continues to Beach Cove, a peaceful shoreline oasis. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by Alicia Hercules, a certified sound healer and Reiki & holistic practitioner, who will lead a 45-minute New Moon Sound Healing Meditation designed to support deep restoration, balance, and inner clarity.
After the session, unwind beside a crackling campfire with s’mores and refreshments, giving you time to relax, reflect, and soak in the calm of the night before paddling back to the outdoor center.
