On 27th April at 5:30pm, I am honoured to host something deeply special at  Balance Club Yoga in North Mackay. A 2.5 hour guided Metta Breathwork journey blending Ayurvedic wisdom, conscious breathing and loving-kindness meditation.

This is not intense or forceful breathwork. 
This is compassionate breath.
Grounded breath.
Breath that meets you exactly where you are.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, emotionally heavy, burnt out, or simply disconnected from yourself ,this evening is designed to gently regulate your nervous system and guide you back to the quiet intelligence of your heart.

What is Metta Breathwork?
Rooted in the principle of Metta (loving-kindness), this practice is a synthesis of:
• Conscious connected breathing
• Mindful body awareness
• Loving-kindness meditation
• Heart-centered awareness tools
• Radiating loving energy practices
• Deep rest and integration

Each breath becomes an act of compassion. Each pause a return home. Rather than forcing change, this practice honours the wisdom of Ayurveda — balancing Vata, Pitta and Kapha  and allows emotional release to happen safely and naturally.

We are honoured to be joined by two international teachers:

🔅 Sri Ganesh - Founder of Vaidya’s Ayurveda Village in Kerala, internationally recognised Ayurveda practitioner and author of eight health books translated worldwide. An ambassador of authentic Ayurvedic wisdom for over two decades.

🔅 Maliya - International Ayurveda Yoga Therapist from Sweden with over 20 years of experience in yoga therapy, breathwork and embodied healing education. Head teacher at AYTT (Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Training) in India.

It is rare to have this level of lineage, experience and integrity teaching here in Mackay.
