This is your invitation to a class designed to explore your sensual side through guided floor and pole movement.  Using a series of thoughtful prompts and themed movement explorations, let me guide you to move beyond choreography and melt into a more intuitive, flow experience.  We will play with breath, touch, rhythm and resistance as our tools to unlock your expression.  ?

This is a safe and non-judgemental space where ALL bodies and ALL levels are welcome.  Lights will be low and music will be curious.  Feel free to bring heels, socks, props, and whatever you feel comfortable moving in. ?

Knee pads 100% recommended.
