Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser

The Pancake Breakfast is a community fundraiser supporting the Liberty Lightning Athletic Booster Club, which funds athletic programs for student-athletes at North Central Middle School and Liberty High School.

Every dollar raised helps provide the equipment, resources, and opportunities student-athletes need to compete, grow, and succeed—bringing the community together, one stack of pancakes at a time.

What’s Happening:
🥞 Unlimited pancakes + entertainment from Chris Cakes
⚡ Beat a Bolt competitions (kids vs. Lightning athletes)
🥚 Egg hunts, tosses & races
🎁 Silent auction
💰 50/50 raffle & raffle prizes

Weather Plan:
🌧️All activities will be held inside except for the egg hunt. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the egg hunt will also move inside the high school.
