1:00-1:45 PM
Learn the basics of opioid overdose, including risk factors, signs of overdose, and how to respond. There will be free Narcan kits available to attendees (while supplies last).

2:00-3:00 PM
Local yoga instructor, Noelle, has partnered with Community & Family Resources to provide a free Recovery Yoga class. This class is open to anyone, even if not in recovery. Come experience the health advantages of yoga in a loving and non-judgemental environment. Yoga mats available for use but please bring your own if you have one. 

Event held at the North Liberty Library (520 W Cherry St., North Liberty).
