Come early at 12pm for a Dementia Friends presentation.
We will have a presentation at 1pm on Bone Health, 2pm on Meal planning for 1 and 2 people, and a 3PM interactive Tai Chi demonstration.

There will be several health and falls prevention screenings.
We will also have over 60 community organizations represented at the event.
