- **Event Description**: Malone Women’s Slow Pitch Softball League is having a tournament to raise some money for the league! 

Date: May 30 & 31 
Place: North Lawrence Softball Fields 
Cost: $150 entry

Rules: 

- 7 girls 3 guys (must be 3 guys on field at all times)
- 2 and 1 count 
- 6 to 12 ft arc 
- Player on base CAN leave the base on a swing.
- Guy walks with a girl behind, he goes to second. Girl hits unless there are 2 outs, then she can walk as well. 
- 1 runner per inning per gender. Last batted out. 
- Run rule: 15 after 5, 20 after 4 
- Commitment line down 3rd base line. Once you go past the line, you have to keep going. 
- Line at the plate to avoid collisions. Must cross the line before ball is caught at the plate. (Catcher must be on the white) No tag outs at the plate. 
- No team jumping. Once you’re out, you’re out. 
- EH allowed, must be a girl. 
- DH Rule: one male can be defense only and another male can be DH for that fielder.
