Kick off the new year in a spirited way with our gin-forward Dry Ginuary Cocktail Class, held on January 22nd and 29th from 6:30–9:30 PM. You’ll learn to mix three winter-perfect creations using our award-winning Builders Botanical and Heritage Dry gins—from a fig-and-honey twist on a Bee’s Knees, to a cozy Cranberry Chai Gin Toddy, to a botanical Old Fashioned inspired by Queen Maeve herself. With hands-on instruction, plenty of tasting, and recipe cards to take home, it’s the perfect warm-up for the cold months ahead.

Bee's Fig'n Knees
A Restless twist on a classic. Powered by the Builders Barrel Finished Gin, this riff will be sure to wow even the most seasoned palette. Notes of Lemon, Fig, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Lavender and Honey.
Cranberry Chai Gin Toddy
Gin Toddy? Yes Please. This winter warmer just got a berry interesting upgrade. Builders Heritage Dry is the star of this show with notes of Chai Tea, Cranberry, Red Vermouth, Cinnamon, Anise and Molasses.
Queen Maeve's Summer Dream
A Botanical Old Fashioned fit for a queen. Notes of Lemon, Elderflower, Cucumber and Mint. Builders Botanical Gin rounds out this fever dream of an old fashioned.
