Since its founding on the Rutherford Estate in 1989, Del Dotto has expanded to seven hand-selected vineyard sites across six premier Napa Valley and Sonoma Coast appellations, cultivating over 100 acres of sustainably farmed vines. Renowned for a rich, luscious, and silky-smooth style, Del Dotto showcases the profound influence of French and American oak through its famed cave and barrel-tasting experiences—bottling single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons from individual barrels and even offering current vintages as futures. With extremely limited production—sometimes just one barrel for the world—each wine is a singular expression of terroir and craftsmanship, what the family calls “Liquid Art,” rare and unforgettable.
