MBDL Membership Meeting

Dear Members,
Over the past 3 to 4 months, the Bylaws and Rules Committee has undertaken a significant process to update the 2016 bylaws. The board has completed its second reading of the proposed changes and voted to submit them to the membership for approval. This week's packet includes a document comparing the 2016 bylaws to the proposed 2025 changes. Each team will receive one bylaw comparison packet, and additional copies are available upon request. Please contact me if you require an extra copy. A membership meeting will take place on Wednesday, December 10th, at 7 PM to allow members to ask questions, provide feedback and vote to approve or disapprove of the proposed changes. The meeting location will be announced shortly. Please review the proposed changes and provide your feedback.
