Mission Statement
We ride with purpose for every child who needs a voice. Our journey from Cape Coral to Key West is more than a ride. It’s a promise- to support the Southwest Florida Children’s Advocacy Center, a place where children find safety, healing, and hope after experiencing abuse or neglect.
By raising funds and awareness, we help provide crucial services like therapy, medical care, forensic support, and prevention education. We believe every child deserves to be heard, believed, and surrounded by a community that stands beside them. With transparency, compassion, and relentless determination, we ride to protect children, and build a future where no child feels alone.
Action Plan
In July 2026, a dedicated team of six athletes will embark on a 350-mile bike ride from Cape Coral to Key West, powered entirely by single-speed BMX bikes. We’re pedaling 350 miles on BMX bikes not road bikes, not e-bikes, actual single-speeds, because kids who’ve been hurt don’t get to choose the easy road. Rather than taking the shorter, more direct route along US-41, we’ve chosen a longer but safer path via FL-80 and US-27. The extra distance reflects our commitment to both safety and challenge, as we push our physical and mental limits to support an even greater cause. This journey is not just about endurance, it’s about advocacy. Our goal is to raise funds and awareness for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida, an organization devoted to protecting and empowering children.
We are currently seeking sponsorships and support for both the mission and the logistics.
100% of all funds raised will go directly to the Children’s Advocacy Center.
We also welcome in-kind or financial donations to assist with travel costs, including food, lodging, safety gear, spare bike parts (tubes, tires, etc.), and transportation for our return trip home.
This ride is our stand for every child who deserves a voice, a future, and a community that won’t let them down.
