Rainbow Feathers is a supportive group for adolescents ages 12–15 who are navigating the challenges of growing up and learning how to protect their mental health.
This group provides a safe, encouraging space for teens to talk about real-life stressors—such as school pressures, friendships, family dynamics, self-confidence, and emotional regulation—while learning healthy coping skills and strategies for managing anxiety, stress, and big emotions.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Build resilience and emotional awareness
• Learn practical tools for handling stress and tough situations
• Strengthen communication and self-advocacy skills
• Connect with peers, including LGBTQ+ peers, who understand the ups and downs of adolescence
• Foster a sense of belonging, support, and community
The focus is on mental wellness, personal growth, and navigating life’s challenges in a way that helps teens feel supported, heard, and empowered.
Facilitated by a licensed mental health professional, this group encourages open conversation, skill-building, and mutual support in a respectful, age-appropriate environment.
