Crash Out With Coach provides a safe, judgment-free space for young men ages 12–15 to talk openly about real-life challenges—including friendships, family pressures, school stress, emotions, and the stigma that often tells boys to “man up.”
Through meaningful conversations, engaging activities, and faith-based guidance, participants will build healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and explore topics such as identity, confidence, and making positive choices. The group emphasizes that true strength includes asking for help and supporting one another.
