12.1-16.0 combined gets 3 strokes
16.1-20.0 combined gets 4 strokes
20.1-24.0 combined gets 5 strokes
24.1-28.0 combined gets 6 strokes
28.1-higher gets 7 strokes

Safeguard rule 
B players must play within 12 strokes of the A player
Example
+3 playing with a 22 would play as
+3 and a 9 combined 6 and would receive 1 stroke

Entry fee is $250 per team for non members
($125pp)
Members will pay the prize fund and applicable greens fees based on membership level
