About the event

Sound Bath

Welcome to our annual sound bath!

Doors will open at 2pm and Elaine Sterling Institute will be offering massages, and then at 2:30 Kennedy Oneself will start the healing magic of the sound bath.

Afterwards we will be serving tea and light refreshments and would love to hear your experience!

Every year for Athena's birthday we like to celebrate by remembering one of her favorite experiences of sound baths, which are a meditative experience while a musician plays a variety of soothing instruments.

Suggested donation of $15-20 or bring a warm blanket to be given to local shelters
