Shake Rising + Cacao Circle w Emily

Join us at Element Yoga on Friday, June 27th, for a transformative evening designed just for women. We're thrilled to welcome Emily Newsome, visiting from Raleigh, to lead a Shake Rising class—an energizing practice that bridges movement, nervous system regulation, and somatic release. This shake rising will include silent disco headphones to get you deep in the zone!

What is Shake Rising?
Think of it as the untamed sister of yoga: rhythmic, liberating, and deeply embodied. Through guided movement and music, you’ll gently invite the body to shake and move, releasing stored tension and reconnecting with your vitality. It’s grounding, freeing, and fun. No choreography. No experience needed. Just you, your body, and the rhythm.

Event Flow:

6:15pm–7:15pm: Shake Rising Class

7:15pm–7:45pm: Cacao Ceremony & Intention Circle

Wrap up the evening with sacred cacao and a grounding circle to integrate your experience and set intentions for what’s ahead.

This is a women-only event.
$35 for non-members / $30 for members
