**THIS WEEK WE WILL MEET AT Black Creek Park at the parking lot heading towards the Woodside Lodge**

We will meet at a different location* each week, so keep an eye out here and on Facebook for weekly updates on location and possible weather-related cancelations.

Please get there with a few minutes to spare. Our pace is typically between 10-12 min/mile, but we adjust based on need. There will always be someone to run with you. Don't worry, come out and enjoy the trails and get busy living. If you wish to run faster than the set pace, bring a buddy and we will brief the route before departure.

Dress appropriately for the weather and terrain and always remember proper hydration and nutrition to give your body what it needs. Seasonal notes: If there's snow and ice on the ground, we suggest bringing microspikes or other traction accessories, and if daylight starts to shorten, it’s always a good idea to carry a headlamp.

Difficulty Rating: Easier: Some hills and also flat trail offers a good mix that keeps the run interesting while not too challenging of terrain. 

This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
