•	Learn about nutrition and Huntington’s disease: Dietitian Laura Warge, RD, will discuss the role nutrition plays in managing this condition.

•	Join a support group session: Connect with others through our support group, co-led by Emily Zivin, LCSW, a social worker at Northwestern Medicine.

•	Talk with experts: Ask questions and get insights on topics including advocacy, genetics and psychiatric symptoms.

There is no cost to attend, but you must register. 

We invite people with Huntington’s disease, their family members and caregivers, and members of the community to attend this event.
