Advanced Self-Defense with The Open Space Martial Arts!

You've spent some time learning how to take care of yourself, and now you realize the truth: no matter how much you train, if someone puts violence in your lap with no warning, you'll wish you had trained more.

So let's take our skills to the next level!

In this seminar we will spend some time reviewing how to deal with aggression from the front, sides, and rear, as well as how to go to the ground and get back up safely.

Then we will push our limits and get into ground fighting; how to break holds and pins, how to get to an advantageous position, and how to make sure they can't follow us as we regain our feet and seek a safer position.
