In this 60-minute cozy practice, we blend:
• Joint mobility to keep your body moving well
• Deep stretching to release built-up tension
• Breathwork to calm your nervous system
• Myofascial release to melt those sneaky tight spots

We’ll move slowly.
We’ll breathe deeply.
We’ll give your body permission to soften.

Expect mindful transitions from thinking into feeling… noticing the little tensions, the tiny releases, and everything in between. This class is perfect if you’re stiff, stressed, sore, overwhelmed, or just craving a reset.

All levels welcome.
No flexibility required.
No yoga “experience” needed.
Just come as you are.
