It’s also a night to celebrate the hard work of all our volunteers: from Hay Days, Adopt-A-Highway, raffle ticket sales, and all the other behind-the-scenes efforts that keep our club strong and our trails open.

(Please note: due to a scheduling conflict, this event has been moved from the American Legion to Tailgaters.)

Event Schedule:

? Monthly Club Meeting – 6:00 pm sharp
Active club members and Hay Days volunteers only, please.
We’ll start with a brief happy hour and move directly into club business, seasonal updates, and trail planning.

?️ Dinner – 7:00 pm sharp
Active club members and Hay Days volunteers only.
Join us for dinner, conversation, and a chance to connect before the raffle program begins.

?️ Raffle Drawings – 8:00 pm sharp
All raffle ticket holders are welcome.
Drawings for the sled and additional prizes will begin promptly at 8:00 pm and will be streamed on Facebook Live. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth and fair process.

? Final Ticket Sales Push
Members are encouraged to come early and help finish out the remaining raffle tickets. Selling at the bar, the Legion, and other local spots earlier in the day is greatly appreciated.

? Family Pathways Food Shelf Collection
We will also be gathering donations for another Family Pathways Food Shelf haul. If you’re able, please consider bringing non-perishable food items to support local families during the holiday season.
