✨ Join us for this all levels workshop, exploring a soft, yet powerful practice.

?Qigong – ‘qi’ meaning energy and ‘gong’ to work or gather, is based on 3 main principles: 
 1. Gentle movement
 2. Steady breath� 3. Focus

?  Angela teaches using a functional approach.�What does this really mean?We are ALL different physiologically and skeletally, and the functional approach takes this into account, with no strict alignment dogma.
�? No need to force yourself into a form that doesn’t feel good in your body.

?Centring how it feels, not how it looks.

? Expect a real flavour of the wisdom of the principles of Chinese medicine throughout the workshop, finishing with a meditation which explores the different dan tian (energy centres) within the body.
