- **Event Description**: If the sunny weather has tempted you, why not join us on for a refreshing dip at Milsey Bay, North Berwick, on Saturday 3rd May at 10:30. The current forecast is partly cloudy, but a no rain, and 11° and a 12mph breeze from the north west. The water is certainly getting warmer (about 9° but still feeling cold). If you’re a regular or thinking about starting your sea swimming this year you’ll be welcome to join us. The tide will be about half way out from a high at about 07:30, and we should again have some gentle waves to enjoy!

You’ll be welcome to come and take a little dip or just stand and watch whilst sipping your hot drink. We’re a mixed little group, some swim, some dip, some paddle, some just enjoy the beach. Some swimmers wear wetsuits and hats, some just swimming costumes. 

We aim to provide a safe and supportive space for all individuals and as always we welcome people of all body shapes, skin colours, ages, backgrounds, genders, sexualities and abilities. We just enjoy the stimulation of being in the sea, and the reset that comes after a dip. You can give it a try too! Bring plenty of layers of warm clothing and also a warm drink, if you can. We meet up half way between the sea pool and the big rock.
